  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for your team members and customer data entered into the service.

  • Sending spam, fraudulent communications, or unlawful content.

5. Third-Party Services

CaptainsHQ integrates with third-party providers such as Stripe, Twilio, and Google. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and policies.

Paid plans are billed according to your selected subscription. You authorize recurring charges where applicable until cancellation. Taxes may apply.
